How every ToolboxKits talk and kit is written, checked and corrected.

Last updated: October 28, 2026

01

Every requirement is cited to a paragraph

We keep a copy of the official text of 29 CFR 1910 and 1926 from eCFR (snapshot of October 27, 2026). It is the only source of requirements. When a talk says OSHA requires something, the claim points to a paragraph in that copy, like 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1). Direct quotes must match the saved text character for character.

If OSHA has no specific rule on a topic, the page says so and cites the general duty to train, 29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2). We do not make up requirements or numbers.

02

Who writes it

Every talk and kit is drafted from the saved copy of the regulation, with help from AI tools (see below), then edited to sound like the jobsite: short sentences, plain words, 5 minutes read out loud.

03

A separate fact-check of every claim

After drafting, a separate review step checks each claim against the cited paragraph. Anything the text does not support gets fixed or removed. A talk is published only when every claim passes that check.

Kits go through the same step: each claim in the PowerPoint, trainer guide and quiz is checked before the kit is for sale.

04

Spanish review

The Spanish version is not a word-for-word translation. It is written in natural jobsite Spanish and reviewed in its own step before publishing. A talk does not go live until that review is done.

05

No statistics

We do not publish statistics, injury figures or promised results. We only use numbers that appear in the regulation text, and we cite them.

06

How we use AI

We use AI tools to draft and translate. Before anything is published, a separate review step checks each claim against the cited paragraph. Anything without support gets fixed or removed.
