If a kit doesn't work for you, you get your money back. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask
Reply to your download email, or write to hello@toolboxkits.com from the email you used to buy. Tell us which order it is if you can. That's it.

What's covered
Every purchase: talk kits, training kits, custom topic kits, Toolbox Year and All Access. Ask within 30 days of the payment.

All Access
Ask within 30 days of a payment, the first one or a renewal, and we refund that payment in full. Your plan then ends.

When you get the money
We send the refund through Stripe to the card you paid with. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

After a refund
Please stop using the paid files. Free talks stay free for everyone.

Charged twice, or can't download?
Write to us. We fix download problems first, and we refund any double charge.
