About ToolboxKits

ToolboxKits makes safety training material for the people who deliver it: safety managers, superintendents, foremen and small contractors.

Every talk is free to read. Every kit is cheap enough to buy for a single meeting.

How we build every talk

  1. We start from the regulation

Every requirement comes from the official text of 29 CFR 1910 and 1926 published on eCFR (snapshot of October 27, 2026). We never make up a requirement.

  2. We cite to the paragraph

When a talk says OSHA requires something, it links straight to the exact paragraph, like 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1).

  3. We check every claim

We use AI tools to draft and translate. Before anything is published, a separate review step checks each claim against the cited paragraph. Anything without support gets fixed or removed.

  4. We write for the jobsite

Short sentences, plain words, 5 minutes read out loud. Spanish versions are written to sound natural to a crew, not translated word for word.

02

Free talks, fair prices

Every talk is free to read, print and share under the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license. If you need more, you buy only the kit you use: talk kit $4.99, training kit with editable PowerPoint $9. No subscription needed. If you need everything, All Access is $99 a year.

03

What we are not

We are not OSHA, and we are not affiliated with OSHA or the U.S. Department of Labor. OSHA does not approve or certify training materials.

Our talks and kits help you train. The employer is still responsible for training that fits its work and the standards that apply. Nothing here is legal advice.

Who is behind it

ToolboxKits is owned and run by Alberto Conceição through ALC Media LLC, a Wyoming company. Alberto decides which topics get published, runs the drafting and review process described above, and answers the email.

We do not claim safety titles or certifications we do not hold. That is why every claim carries its citation: you can check the OSHA paragraph yourself.

Every step, from the source to the Spanish review and how we fix mistakes, is written out in our editorial policy.
