Privacy policy

ToolboxKits is run by ALC Media LLC (Wyoming). We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@toolboxkits.com.

• Orders: when you buy, Stripe collects your name, email, card details and billing country or ZIP code to process the payment. We receive what we need to deliver your kit: your email, what you bought, the amount, and any topic and details you type for a custom kit. We never see your full card number.
• Newsletter: if you sign up for the Monday safety talk, we keep your email and language. We use double opt-in: you confirm by clicking a link. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
• Emails to us: we keep your message and email address so we can answer you.
• Site analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views and measure page speed. They don't use cookies and don't follow you across other sites.
• Google Analytics: in the US its cookies are on unless you click Opt out on our cookie notice. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland they are set only after you click Accept. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, they stay off.
• Microsoft Clarity: heatmaps and recordings of how a page is used (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement), so we can see which parts confuse people. Everything you type is masked in the recordings. It follows the same choice as Google Analytics. It never loads on checkout, download, sign-off or admin pages.
• Microsoft Advertising (UET tag): measures whether a visit from a Bing ad ends in a purchase. It follows the same choice as Google Analytics.

• tbk_utm: our own cookie, kept for 30 days. It stores the campaign tags (like utm_source) from the link that brought you, so we can see which campaigns lead to orders. It is added to your order details at checkout.
• tbk_consent: saved in your browser (local storage) to remember your cookie choice.
• Google Analytics cookies (like _ga), Microsoft Clarity cookies (like _clck and _clsk) and Microsoft Advertising cookies (like _uetsid and _uetvid): only under your choice on the cookie notice.
• Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page to process payments and prevent fraud.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@toolboxkits.com. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click. You can decline cookies on the banner and clear them in your browser at any time.
