ToolboxKits (toolboxkits.com) is run by ALC Media LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. In these terms, "we" means ALC Media LLC.

By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these terms.

Digital safety training material: talk kits, training kits, custom topic kits, the Toolbox Year bundle and the All Access yearly plan. Prices are in US dollars and shown on the site. Any sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.

Kits are delivered as downloads. After you pay, you see your download link on the confirmation page, and we email it to the address you used at checkout.

Download links work for 30 days. If yours has expired, email us and we will send a new one.

Custom topic kits are delivered by email within 24 hours of payment.

All Access is a yearly plan that renews automatically each year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing us before your renewal date.

Your library works while the plan is active. If we ever change the price, we will tell you before your renewal.

Our talks and kits are training aids based on the federal OSHA regulations as published on eCFR. They are not legal advice, and they do not replace a qualified safety professional, the full text of the regulations, or the training required for specific equipment and jobs. The employer is responsible for compliance.

Please don't copy the site in bulk to republish it, try to get into private areas, or use it to send spam. Free talks may be shared under their license.

We work hard to keep every citation accurate, but the site and kits are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Regulations change, and they may change after we publish.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the product the claim is about.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If a big change affects your All Access plan, we will tell you by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
